How to Use This Book
You do not need to complete exercises after every chapter or analyze every thought you have. This is a book to read first and use second.
Six recurring frameworks will appear throughout the manuscript: the Hope Loop, Reality–Story–Unknowns, the Five Displacements, the Trigger-to-Need Map, Impact Before Story, and Distributed Need Fulfillment. They are intentionally few. Each is meant to organize a larger body of explanation rather than replace it.
Read in order if you can. Parts I and II establish the vocabulary used later for behavior change, relationships, boundaries, and repair. If a chapter becomes emotionally overwhelming, stopping is allowed. Understanding a pattern is not improved by forcing yourself through material you are not ready to process.
