    1. Acceptance of Terms

    Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using Little Space World ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

    Age Requirement

    You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

    Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    You may not post, transmit, or share any content that is: unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, tortious, obscene, offensive, profane, pornographic, or that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.

    Prohibited Activities

    You may not: (a) impersonate any person or entity; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (d) use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission; (e) engage in any activity that could harm minors; (f) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

    Community Guidelines

    This is a Safe-For-Work (SFW) community focused on mental health, healing, and age regression as a therapeutic coping mechanism. Any sexualization of age regression or minors will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.

    Our Content

    All content on this Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Little Space World or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

    "Little Space World" and our logo are trademarks of Little Space World. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

    User-Generated Content

    By submitting content to the Service (e.g., reviews, quiz responses), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating the Service.

    5. Purchases and Payment

    Product Descriptions

    We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

    Pricing

    All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Pricing errors may be corrected, and orders may be canceled if a pricing error is discovered.

    Payment Processing

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

    Order Acceptance

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

    6. Refunds and Returns

    Digital Products

    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.

    Physical Products

    Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at admin@littlespaceworld.com to initiate a return.

    Exceptions

    We may offer refunds or exchanges at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund.

    7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

    No Medical Advice

    The content on this Service is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always seek the advice of qualified health professionals with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

    Maximum Liability

    Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

    9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

    Governing Law

    Informal Resolution

    Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at admin@littlespaceworld.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

    Arbitration

    Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

    Class Action Waiver

    You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Little Space World individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

    10. General Provisions

    Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Little Space World regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

    Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

    No Waiver

    Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

    Assignment

    You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
